Sankei Building Asset Management Co., Ltd. was established in April 2018 as the asset management company for SANKEI REAL ESTATE Inc., which is listed on the J-REIT market (TSE code: 2972; abbreviation: SANKEI RE), with The Sankei Building Co., Ltd., which undertakes “Urban Development, Resorts & Hotels” segment operations of media conglomerate Fuji Media Holdings, Inc. (TSE code: 4676), as our shareholder.
Furthermore, in November 2020, we commenced management of private real estate funds, etc. as our new asset management service.

We are committed to the basic philosophy and basic policy of SANKEI REAL ESTATE Inc. by making maximum use of the track record, know-how, and highly professional human resources accumulated over the years by the Sankei Building Group, which boasts strengths in real estate development, operation and management, etc. from leveraging capabilities in creating new value and developing it through media.

Concerning private real estate funds, etc., we respond appropriately to the various investment needs of investors by consolidating to a certain degree the management resources that we and our sponsor (The Sankei Building Co., Ltd.) possess, such as our investment management know-how and trading network pertaining to a wide range of asset types among real estate assets, etc., to Sankei Building Asset Management Co., Ltd.
